  How can I register a local investment?

Submit a local investment registration form with a photocopy of the Identification card.

If the form is being submitted by a company, the position of the individual which signed the form should be specified, and the form should have the company stamp.

The total fee required for the duration of registration should be paid. If the payment is made by check, it should have the bank guarantee stamp.

 

Do I need to register a business name?

 

If you wish to register the investment under a business name, the name should be registered according to the relevant regulations.

A monthly fee of Rf.50 should be paid.

Revenue stamp is not required for local investments.
