 How can I obtain an export license?

Submit the export license application form with the required documents specified on the form. (The list of items for export should be attached to the form)

How can I obtain a license for export of yellow fin tuna?

License can be issued for the export of yellow fin tuna or its products only for those registered by the Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture for fishing of yellow fin tuna. The license document issued by the Ministry of Fisheries and agriculture should be submitted with the export license application form.

How can I obtain a license for export of deep-sea fish?

License can be issued for the export of various types of tuna and deep-sea fish and their raw products to those who have been licensed by the Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture with the zone permit for purchase of fish.

How can I obtain a license for export of aquarium fish?

The export of aquarium fish should not exceed the quota set by the Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture.

When requesting for a license for export of aquarium fish, a list of the type of fish to be exported should be submitted.

How can I obtain a license for export of imported goods?

If goods imported according to regulations have to be exported for any reason, the export permit should state “Exporting of imported goods”. Apart from this statement, the permit will be similar to the standard export permit.

This permit also requires revenue stamps of the value of 10 laari per Rf.100 allocated in the license.

What are the regulations for placing of revenue stamp on permit?

Act number 4/70 of the constitution stipulates that the import license for government entities do not require a revenue stamp. Nevertheless, import license issued to other entities require a revenue stamp.

For every Rf.100 allowed by the license, 10 laari worth revenue stamps is required.

No license should be issued for a value below Rf.100. However large the amount may be, it should be divisible by 100.

The license should not exceed the value of the space allocated on the license for revenue stamps.

After the license is issued, revenue stamps cannot be removed from the license and the value of the license cannot be changed.
