How can I register a trademark? Submit the trademark registration application form with a photocopy of your identification card. The original ID card is also required for reference. If a company is submitting the form, the position of the individual that signed the form should be specified and the form should have the company stamp. If paying by check, the check should have the bank guarantee stamp. Payment should be made in advance for the complete duration of registration of a trademark. The requested trademark will be registered according to the relevant regulations followed by the ministry. The fee for registration of a trademark is Rf.50 per month. A revenue stamp worth Mrf.100 is required for trademark registration. What is a trademark?
