The Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture announced the ban of trade and export of shark products after 01 July 2010 under announcement number 30-D2/29/2010/32 of 11 March 2010. 

The Ministry of Economic Development now wants to collect information on products made from shark teeth, bones and other shark parts which were produced but not sold before 1 July 2010 when the ban was implemented. Thus, we request all producers of shark products to complete the form attached with this announcement, "Information form - producers of shark products" and submit it before the end of office hours of 17 June 2011.
